Guess who's finally back in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia? :)

I am more than happy to be finally back at home, sleeping in my own bed after a few months studying oversea. Now I'm liking my bedroom more than anything; with new, fresh and beautiful curtains hanging on the wall, my clothes were folded nicely in the cupboard, the books were arranged on the shelves, the room was spotless clean (okay, a bit hyperbolic here but considering that I left my bedroom before flying to Russia in a complete mess, it wasn't a hyperbola to me :P) - it feels like a real bedroom.

Mind you, I slept like a baby last night hahahaha (including to the real jakun moment when I ate KFC for the first time after a few months)

Anyway, it's so good being home, being a real Sabahan and experiencing the Malaysian culture all over again. I was so excited hearing people talking in Manglish everywhere (a mix of Malay and English language where only a real Malaysian knows how to talk using it) upon landing at KLIA and eating Platter meal from KFC for breakfast, together with the Sabahan boys. I know, I know, it's only been four months since I've left home, but I just can't help it :D

Another thing that I've noticed is that there are so much changes here back at home that took place while I'm away. For example, the sofa had changed colour, from red with some shades of orange and yellow to grey with some shades of black and gold (or maybe mum had changed it way before I flew for the first time but maybe I was too absorbed into my own world that time to care) - and it looked more sophisticated and elegant than before. Bibi's room was painted in four colours - yellow, orange, white and brown (or was it just three colours? I need to recheck it later on), Rina had somehow grown taller (ohmygod this is so surprising), mum bought a new Samsung for herself (I was jealous up to the point that I demanded to switch phone with my mum, but she refused. well, mum's powers I guess hahaha).

A new McDonald's outlet was finally open near University Apartment area (making my life easier, I can go there as frequently as I want since it was the nearest from home), renovation for the yet occupied home beside the road in my residence finally finished after months the renovation being put off due to some undisclosed reason, a new building near the Yayasan Sabah area is going to be built soon, and many many more changes that I haven't have the time to check yet.

If these many changes had been made in only 4 months of my absence, I wonder how many changes will I experience for the every year of my absence for the next six years to come. Ah, well :\ the thing that you will have to face when you're studying abroad.

I just hope that my friends, family members and whoever that knows me won't forget my existence while I'm not at home. Thanks to the technology invented, I'm able to contact the loved ones even when I'm so far away from their gazes :) oh Russia, why you are not being put just beside Malaysia? Save money, save time and save my butt from getting pain because of sitting too long :p

On another note, I wish that being away from Kursk for summer break is all about wasting my holidays away, but I guess; as medical student - I have to continue my studies here at home even though temptations are everywhere =.=" thank God a few of medical friends of mine offered to help me since, well, they study things way ahead of me. And I have to send off some stuffs that seniors had requested me to carry together with me. And, um, more stuffs to do other than waking up, eating and sleeping?

I have a feeling that I will fly back to Russia in no time :/ ah, how fast the time flies.

And in the next few weeks, Ramadhan is coming! :D can't wait for the blessed month to come :) welcoming Ramadhan here~
